1st Evidence.

PRESENTATION VIDEO

First at all, I would like to say thanks to my co-worker who can helped me in this evidence. I got a small interview about us, I really enjoyed this moment with her because it was quite funny just to tell her that the video I needed it was for my homework. How we can see in the next video I tried to have a normal conversation with her and me. We talk about our life, which kind of job we have. I will add the video that I posted on youtube. Dear teacher if you have question just let me know. I hope you are going to enjoy this video.

CHRONIC (STEVE JOBS)

STEVE JOBS CHRONIC Steve jobs was born on February 24th of 1955 in United States more specific in San Francisco California. Thanks to his mind he could create Apple Brand together with others friends, Apple is one of the more expensive companies around the world. His history is mark of the ingenuity and innovation because he was able to overcome his personal and professional problems. Never mind if he was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs he always wanted to create new technology and every single day wanted to move forward with his other business friends. He grow up in Silicon Valley in normal economic conditions. (Media class), since he was young he started the show up interests about the technology. He left from the university just after just 6 months he started in Reed College in Oregon, however he continues to get informal classes learning about design and typography and those knowledge were going to be quite important in his career because he was going to be sure she wants to dedicate in this kind of technology world. On June 1976, Steve Jobs together to Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne founded APPLE COMPUTER in his home´s garage. In that place they were going to create their first product called MACINTOSH. It was a small computer in kit form which is why it was more interest for more people, its means he broke the traditional way how to make computer in that time. By the way, thanks to the Apple II launched in 1977, this company grow up a lot in the computers industry and it was consolidated, pioneer on the personal computers. After a several failures in Apple, the company decided to buy NEXT what Jobs allowed to return to work in his company after he lost almost lost his efforts. Unfortunately Steve Jobs passed away on October 5th in 2011 after a large fighting against with the pancreatic cancer. Steve Jobs was more than a single businessman, he was the real one that imagine the future before anyone. Through of Apple, Pixar and Next, Jobs left an innovation legacy and creativity.

7th Evidence.

My attitudes, believe and duties in my job environment.

SPEECH (AUDIO)

1. In my currently job, I must reach early because the Company will take me some days from my annual leaves just for suspend me.
2. Every single day I have to wake up a little bit early if I want to have healthy breakfast because it takes me too much time just to prepper a small fruits salad bowl. 
3. If I want to travel abroad, I should having passport because this is a quite important document, however if you be part of the South America countries, you just have to you ID. 
4. I should be quite if I want to stay in my sister's home because she hate noises, she is a religion women and she need to pray all the time. In my personal opinion she should changing that attitude because I have to be like I am. 
5. One of my friend want to get married with his boyfriend but his religion will not accept the wedding because they are gay couple. The church must accept all their sons because we are all the same. They must be happy without care. 
6. In my company every employees must have a small plant in their desk because they must take care about the earth. 
7. While I am studying English I must take care about the pronunciation because for me is very important speak the language in the properly way. 
8. In the end of year in my company every employees have to bring something to share with their others colleagues and we must wear one yellow cloth just to bring prosperity in our life. 
9. I should spent one hour per day in my job just to check if the workers have the properly elements. They must have them because the company demand them.
10. If I have to work the whole day, I must eat three times during the working day because I should having responsibility in my life if I want to get old.

Flexibility and Adaptability

First at all I would like to describe which decisions I will be able to take if I get a new opportunity in my job. I am currently passing through in this kind of situation because In my currently job they offered me a new position like a supervisor, they put me confidence on me, I am quite hard worker and of course all the time I try to do the best when I am working. Having flexibility for my new schedule it was difficult in the beginning but I adapted it. Now in my new job I need to take decision and the most important I need to adapt it quickly. I would like to be a leadership in my job because I feel that I will be able to do it. In my new position I have a lot new responsibilities like a:

1. Make the staff routers.
2. Organize the restaurant before to be open it to the guest. 
3. Check the restaurant condition and the bar conditions. 
4. Give motivation to my staff and try to transfer them the best vibes before we start the shift.
5. Speak with the guest if they have any kind of issues. 
6. Speak with the chefs if we have all a la carte menu availability. 

This new role is challenging a lot in my life because it make me more open-minded, getting new skills, having more courage, be determinate person when I need it, passing obstacles when those appear in my way and the most important is getting new goals in my life. I considerate that I am a flexible and adapt person since when I left from my home I was 18, its means I can adapt in any situation taking it with responsibility. To be a leader in one of my best personal description. In my currently job if we had a better team we can earn more bonus and these bonus mean more money to our wage. If I had worked hard with my staff and I can give them motivation every single day before to start the shift, they wouldn’t have issues with the guest. We would have a lot knowledge about kinds of wines, if the hotel had a good wine training with the winery. To be a supervisor taught me a lot. From now I have more courage than usual. I am happy with my new position and I feel comfortable.
